Our phone line is manned most weekday evenings between 6-9pm as that is when most people are booking on or have a question to ask. On the days just before a sale the phone is manned almost all of the time but we only deal with questions about that weekend’s sale as we will only have that information to hand. So if it’s Friday and you have a query about the sale tomorrow your best calling us. Don’t forget if you want to attend the sale as a seller on the next day your best bet is to fill in the booking form on this website (make sure you get the correct form), if the form is still open then there is still space left for selling, you do not need to call to book on it’s quicker to fill the form in.
If you call and we don’t answer away please listen carefully to the message. That will be the most up to date information we have and please double check the dates on the telephone message especially if your not sure which venue the sale is at for the coming weekend.
Instead of calling us why don’t you send an email, this may be answered much quicker than leaving a voicemail.
